Performance Paving was founded in 2000 by Daniel Champagne, bringing over four decades of hands-on experience in the paving and construction industry.
Before starting the company, Dan was a partner at Mid-City Contracting, where he built a strong foundation in both the technical and business side of the industry. When he launched Performance Paving, the goal was to build a company known for doing things properly, not just quickly.
